Frank Mouttet Limited was founded in 1977 to bring professional, reliable fire protection to Trinidad and Tobago. In the nearly five decades since, that purpose has not changed, even as the company has grown into the country’s most trusted name in fire suppression, detection, and life-safety systems.
Recognizing the critical need for medical gas infrastructure across the healthcare sector, FML expanded to become Trinidad and Tobago’s leading installer of medical gas systems, delivering piped oxygen, vacuum, air, and manifold systems to the majority of the nation’s public hospitals. Today FML operates across six service divisions, serving clients in healthcare, hospitality, construction, oil and gas, and government sectors throughout Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean.

ChairmanFrancis founded Frank Mouttet Limited in 1977 with a vision to bring professional fire protection to Trinidad and Tobago. His leadership over nearly five decades established the standards of quality and service that define the company today.
Marcia Holloway-Bobb
Managing DirectorMarcia leads Frank Mouttet Limited as Managing Director, overseeing all aspects of the business including operations, client relationships, and strategic growth. Under her direction, FML has continued to grow its capabilities and client base across Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean.
Laura Mouttet

Their addressable detection, alarm, and notification systems are specified in hospitals, commercial buildings, government facilities, and industrial environments where reliability and device-level location reporting are essential. FML installs Simplex fire alarm systems as the detection and alarm backbone for commercial and institutional projects throughout Trinidad and Tobago.
